Peter has helped me identify and recover from every sports injury I've had for many years and also rehab for a recent serious accident. He's fantastic, I can't recommend him enough.

My injury was treated with the utmost care by Emma and the treatment I received was successful. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Sportsfizz for their professional expertise and my speedy recovery.

It turns out my hamstring and hip pain was not going away because I had a sacroiliac join/piriformis muscle problem that was causing sciatic nerve irritation. Even though I explained all the symptoms to the physiotherapist, It was misdiagnosed as a muscle problem for my old hamstring injury. I wasted my time and money.

Do not go here. I had the unfortunate experience of working with an inexperienced physiotherapist who did nothing for me. The workers here are all young and inexperienced in my opinion. I would come in and they would take their time and give me the same textbook solutions that did not work. Sometimes the physiotherapist I had would use a electrostatics machine on my hamstring that didn't even work properly, she also didn't know how to make it work when it was playing up. Whenever the physiotherapist gave me a treatment plan that included exercises, I worked hard and followed all she said.

Still when I came back and told her there was little improvement, she seemed clueless and would just put me some other 'program', it was as if she didn't know what was the problem and was experimenting on me. I felt they saw me as a dollar sign and not as a patient, especially when the sessions are done at the same time as two or three other patients. I know this is normal in the physiotherapy world, but I expected a more professional solution.
